The GIRLS Academy is the leading youth development platform for the best female soccer players in the United States. National League P.R.O. provides a platform for top boys teams in the U14 through U19 age groups to compete in a league format to determine the National League representatives to the annual USYS National Championships. The P.R.O. league has allowed our Washington Rush teams to test themselves against some of the country's best teams!

The Northwest National League Conference has team-based and club-based leagues that provide a qualification pathway to the current season's USYS Regional Championships and the next seasonal year of National League P.R.O..

Washington Youth Soccer’s Regional Club League (RCL), is comprised of the top clubs in the state and provides the highest-level league play and player development.

​To be named a Regional Club, Clubs must adhere to the Regional Club League Charter, which outlines rigorous standards including criteria and levels of coaching licensure, player development curriculum and training guidelines to ensure standardizations across the League and that all Clubs are of equivalent caliber.​

The RCL is for players U8-U19 and, will also deliver programming in accordance with USSF development principles gathered from top clubs throughout the world.  

The North Puget Sound League (NPSL) is a competitive youth soccer league for U9 to U19 players. In partnership with Washington Youth Soccer, its 11 youth soccer associations and their more than 57,000 youth soccer players, the NPSL aims to provide a competitive experience based on convenience, affordability and efficiency by offering league games based around the greater Seattle area.

Regional Rush Select teams are formed with the top U13-U15 players from Rush clubs from all over the world. Starting at U16, one National Rush Select team is formed.

The aim of the program is to give top Rush players unique learning experiences that help them evolve as both a player and a person through training, competition and travel abroad.
