She graduated in 2019 with a Bachelor of Science in Exercise and Fitness. Baylee spent a few years coaching at Washington Rush as an assistant coach before going to graduate school.
Following her graduate studies, Baylee served as an Assistant Athletic Trainer at Montana State University in 2022, primarily working with women's basketball and the spirit squad. In the summer of 2023, she joined Alabama A&M University as an Assistant Athletic Trainer for women's basketball and volleyball.
